In-line binder mixing
The mixer is a universal unit and can be utilized together with almost all known binder application systems used in the airlaid industry where requirements for accurate and homogeneous binder mix are of great importance.
- The supply of water, binder and additives is controlled continuously, and the pre-set values in g/m² and kg/h as well as the binder solids required are kept constant irrespective of possible deviations in the fabric speed or output of the mixer
- Flow indication with readout of current flow
- Pressure measuring with readout on the overall control panel
- Made of stainless steel, very resistant and minimum degree of maintenance for operation
- Capacity: up to 9000 l/hour per mixer
- Up to three extra dosing pumps can be integrated
