A-frame unwinder

The A-frame unwinder is a standard solution, where a drive station will typically be connected to a customer-supplied A-frame. The connection between the drive system and the A-frame is often made with a flexible transmission shaft, but it can also be made with other kinds of transmission solutions.

A-frame unwinding systems are mostly used for slow-running applications or off-line converting, where the mother rolls are produced and wound on A-frames.
